  • USA shipping where your carrier can legally deliver
  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • International delivery: roughly 5–15 business days depending on destination and service
  • Tracking: provided for every shipped order
  • DDP whenever practical: customer pays applicable duties/taxes during checkout, so they aren't surprised at delivery
  • DAP for destinations where DDP isn't available: clearly tell customers that customs duties/taxes may be collected on delivery
  • Customs delays: outside your control
  • Lost/damaged packages: clear procedure for contacting you
  • Incorrect address: customer responsibility, with a clear reshipping/refund rule
  • Restricted destinations/products: excluded where required by law or carrier rules
